She's the magic jizou, Naruko.Thanks to that Gensokyo's seasons went all outta whack and it was one huge swirl a' nonsense.Even then, this forest really is fricking cold...!Yeah...The power of some wintry fairies went wild around here, you see...Speaking of which, I don't believe I've seen her before...On the other hand, that magic power did give this guy the ability to move better than she could before.
