I went off the Wikipedia description and lack of opposition to the tag being used. I’ll check if the company itself has anything to say of it.
Edit: A cursory look at the company’s page on the rifle says nothing of an anti-materiel purpose. Though given what anti-materiel implies, I’m sure that the gun could be used for that purpose. I won’t remove the tag, but I won’t object to it be removed either.

Not an expert on this, but quick check on wikipedia lists it as a sniper rifle though also said it could be classified as an anti-material rifle (though not sourced on that). A quick look at the stats suggest the ammunition used by the rifle is the likely reason and that it appears to be somewhere between the ammunition common in anti-material rifles and the common ammunition used in sniper rifles.
It'd stick with the classification of sniper rifle though, as that appears to clearly be its purpose, and that ammunition is described as for use in long-range sniper rifles.
