Yeah, I didn't scan it. I couldn't be bothered to open every page up in Photoshop and re-save them as JPGs though. If there's a really easy way of doing it, let me know!
It's a very nice doujin, though. Can't read it, but the art is great and it seems to be more along the lines of romance and love-making than the standard fare.
Originally I had planned on not responding to this, but since individual pages of this doujin have already been posted, I can't really keep quiet. I'm the scanner of this doujin, and I don't know if you noticed, but I've stated in the post where I distributed this doujin that I don't want it to be passed around outside my journal. If there's any way you can take the download link down, I would appreciate it.
For future reference: we don't treat scanners, editors, etc. as original authors, and thus don't respect their wishes regarding the distribution. Just because you scanned something doesn't really allow you to exercise any control over where it's published.
You'd never expect it from this guy's posts, but he's gone on a fit of self-righteous indignation re: people uploading his scans without his permission, and now the content is gone and his journal friend-locked.

I recommend you to download a mass-batch image converter if you were serious about that, I personally use "Advanced Batch Converter" (Yeah, Ironic) and it convert image files from format to format and re-size them as well if I mess up the options a bit.
