Ok, tagged her instead. I don't know these hundredths of lol characters and skins and she wasn't tagged on pixiv. So i just searched for the tags on danbooru and Syndra's pretty much the one that came up with a headwear and purple eyes.

I think it's actually Neeko disguised as Le Blanc, implyied by the skills on the top left, but i don't know what the text says so i'll abstain from tagging it myself.
The first ability is a passive ability that lets Neeko take on the appearance of any of her allies. The second ability lets her clone herself. Therefore LeBlanc isn't actually present in this picture.
