De Ruyter will become VERY interest in being dorm manager as soon as she realize how many rules she can make to "help out" her captalist shenanigans.
I bet 2 rolls of TP that Atlanta would be dorm manager, because 1.she's the one that start off this arc 2.she's actually serious and don't care to go along with other girls's antics, which makes her a decent neutral party to hold the dorm while Bisko recharge her headpats
