It's called On Stranger Tides, with Jack and Barbossa searching for the Fountain of Youth. Filming starts next year.

Johnny Depp's now said his confidence in the movie is shaken since a certain Fox executive that supported him for the first movie has left Fox (or something along those lines). I think the quote is that "There's a fissure, a crack in my enthusiasm at the moment" and it's since that guy was kicked out or quit.
