Toyohime and Yorihime are Reisen's grandmothers, thus would be their great grandmothers. Eirin (reverse) is Reisen's mom, so the kid's grandma. Will still wish Rei'sen could join the cast someday.

If the latest Reverse image is canon, they at least seem alive at the moment. The series already had a 'pet death' chapter with the fish, so maybe 'relative's death' might show up later.
(I mean, I didn't expect we would get parental abandonment in Mamage a year ago but it could fit as a life lesson????).
