I think she lucked out.
I do believe she has good characteristics for the fandom to corrupt and make memes, but nobody seems to have noticed her.
Loli, glasses, skirt lifted by self in official art, garters and braless in damaged art.
She seems to have an interest in sea mines, but since the mines in KanColle are tentacle monsters, it would also be easy to corrupt.
