    I think brushing teeth in the toilet is extremely rare, so I wouldn't be surprised if it were the other way around.

    Probably was brushing at the sink when she happened to notice it (somehow having missed it before) and fled to the stall out of shock.

    Or something like that.

    Whose to say she wasn't brushing her teeth first looked in the mirror saw the mighty pillar backed up and fell onto the toilet.
