Pixiv account confirms it.

Untitled is written in chinese etc. I'm not entirely sure because my japanese isn't the best. Plus anyone can put that they are from japan in the description column.

That commentary was suggested by the Danbooru upload page. The Pixiv post doesn't have any commentary at all. As to why Chinese instead of Japanese, you'll have to ask someone in the forums.

It's fine. I don't have the urge to go into the forums to ask. I was mainly only looking for the artist twitter to begin with.

The artist must have removed the commentary on Pixiv after the image was uploaded, no clue why they would do that though.

The artist might be a Chinese speaker living in Japan, not unheard of.
Anyway, the artist seems to have an untouched account on some other site (not Twitter though)
