I mean I know she isn't the most popular, but I really like Minsk. Her implied crazy schemes, the fact that she runs around begging you for help against the debt collectors, and the fact that she's not all that hostile even when she's upset with you. It's genuinely adorable.

Unfortunately she's not voiced which is seriously going to hurt her popularity. Hopefully she gets a VA soon and not months later like some ships.
