He drew something similar to this like year or so ago but it was also even more extreme, with monster fucking and amputation. However it was just a sketch and he deleted it within a day or two.

It's kinda like when an artist that draw lots of giantess stuff suddenly starts drawing vore. It's a surprise sure, but not really a big one.
