From the final picture drama, I don't think it's supposed to make sense or be real, considering Euphemia and Rolo are in the same picture (at least C.C. is somewhat passable). Aside from this, CC wasn't present at all. I don't believe Suzaku was either, but I may be wrong.

This image is from Code Geass R2 Picture Drama 9. This isn't fanart, it's in the actual episode. Picture dramas, although a bit off kilter at times, are canon and explain events that went on that weren't shown in the series. By canon, this picture is impossible, considering every character in this image cannot be in the same place at once. My original comment was simply stating that I have no idea why they were all in the same area, so I don't think it's a "real event", rather just someone's imagination or what have you.

Picture drama's have had no evidence that they are all canon. Many are just for amusement's sake, while others are indeed canon.

as far as i know picture dramas are all canon with very few exeptions maybe
what you were referring to were probably sound dramas, as there were lots of AU sound dramas while canon sound dramas were called sound episodes
