That's not what "low hanging fruit" means. "Low hanging fruit" as used above is an English expression meaning "something that can be accomplished/obtained easily or with little effort." In this case, referring to how easy the image made it for me to make the pun where a very attractive woman (who in mid 20th century American slang could be referred to as a "bombshell") was here depicted astride an actual bomb. Her breasts and the position thereof were never referenced.
