It would be more accurated to think Mokou and Ex-Keine are teaming up on Ex-Rumia.

Also, that's a tad too realistic...

Mokou doesn't seem to be using any real effort against Rumia. Also, it doesn't seem like Keine is actually after Rumia.

What makes you think that's Ex-Rumia, perhaps the ribbon that's still in her hair? This picture does seem like it's too realistic...

Actually if you take a close look at the beam that Ex Kiene is shooting out, it appears that someone is getting vaporized. Also, Mokou's attention seems to be on something other than Rumia. So it could possibly be the whole team ⑨ vs them.
