Artist's commentary
I actually had this idea since week one after getting the Dancer class... just hadn't put pen to paper, that's all.
Three Houses' Dancer class design is pretty unique, it's different than previous Fire Emblems' Dancers based on Middle Eastern traditions, rather than that kind of alluring aestheticism it's more of a classical elegance.
However my lower body is calling out for the Middle Eastern-style Dancers! Considering that they took a mix of many Middle Eastern cultural elements when designing Almyra, my lower body forced my brain to design an Almyran Dancer.
Hilda drew the short straw to become the exhibit, but since you're a candidate to become the Almyran princess, making a little sacrifice for Claude's dream is fine, right?
Originally I thought it would be done with the Hilda image, but when posting this to avoid getting blocked by the Great Firewall AI, I figured I'd make it part of a comic... a short 3-panel one, Trump Byleth might as well become my personal watermark (sad laugh)
