This is a derivative meme from the infamous Chinese ex-streamer Lu Benwei trend.
This particular part is referring to Lu's habit of spamming the "throw a tomato to opponent's face" in-game emote when streaming Landlord. He'd usually do this right before he wins the game, or when he thinks he has a great advantage over other players. When spamming the emote, he'd continously name food that goes well with tomato in Chinese cooking.
