Well since Lilith is now a part of Morrigan and her own individual to an extent, having both Mokas be Morrigan and Lilith makes sense.

also makes sense for this to even exist due to capcom sponsering the anime and making the ds visual novel

If you think about it, Inner Moka was there first and then after Moka went to the human realm she became that Moka.
Inner Moka was the Original Moka (Morrgan) and Outer Moka (Lillith) would be seen as the weaker version of her that became her own person.

Wow what good alternate outfit scheme, they should really consider giving these outfits for a future Darkstalkers release.
