Eh, just do the four daily constructions. It's been slowly but surely filling out my roster of ARs lately. Got lucky the past week and got G11, so you can definitely get the rare dolls. RNG is a fickle mistress, but sometimes The Lady favors you.
I think she's only available through Heavy Construction in EN though, as well as a drop in some of the AW maps.
I don't remember her data sheet, but I think you are right about that. If you do a weekly shotgun run, you have a decent chance of getting her considering a shotgun rarely drops even with the shotgun formula.

Ugh.. I hate heavy construction because it'll eat too much resources.. but if I must I must.. even if it'll drive me to the lower 2k supply.
If you run logistics 24/7 you will have more resources even though you do a weekly shotgun and 3 fairy pulls. My common AFK logistic runs are No. 31,32,35,36. I typically run those at night and run the shorter but higher yielding runs during the day, and for work days I run my constant night logistics. Hopefully that helps you. 35 can be replaced with 40 if you unlocked Chap 9.
Edit, actually come to think of it, you can also just farm G28 on the event maps that are now part of the campaign. I'm certain she is on one of those. Cube is going to be or already is part of the campaign.
