According to the Takumimakura product page, this is an original character by the name of 椎名 夏帆 - I'm 95% sure that's romanized as Shiina Kaho.
(Edit: Turns out this is old news since yande.re already figured it out.)

This dakimakura had a limited-edition package which came with a telephone card: post #1475845.

Also worth noting: despite the red flower, post #964099 is coffee-kizoku's recurring original character aoyama sumika, because the text on the image says so. (The flower is also a bit different, of course.)
