Let http://danbooru.donmai.us/note/history/89741 be a cautionary tale against adding partial translations. Do not go around adding notes for all-kana and trivial kanji bubbles only, hoping it will be alright, because it won't. Unless you can contribute a substantial and reasonably contiguous part of the text, enough to establish a solid context, even your trivial translations will be wrong. Japanese is not a language where you can snipe randomly and hope to hit the right target anyway.

As for nipples, of course they're not explicit, just think about it logically -- if a single nipple were grounds for rating a post explicit, what exactly would the questionable rating mean? We have three levels for a reason.

Dunno, thought the questionable would have been good for see through or sexually implied pictures and such. Guess I should have figured that explicit was mainly for genitalia and sexual acts and such.
I kind of figured my post would be deleted anyways so I just did it myself, guess I'll leave the deleting to the mods then, sorry.
