The drawing in and of itself is good but the posture is just incredibly wrong. Not even Dorian Yates can hold the barbel like that. She is literally on the verge of falling with the weight on her back and breaking her neck.
That's simply not how you're supposed to hold the barbel.

My guess is the artist may have struggled with foreshortening of the neck and shoulders, and couldn't visualize how the barbell sits on the shoulders and presses down on the neck from this angle. Didn't want to show her lifting straight up, since that makes for a lot of boring space to fill, and he wanted to make sure the size and shape of the weight were clear along with her muscles, so he played artistic license and moved the weight behind her shoulder.

On the plus side, she must have a back of solid brass. Put an axe in her hand and she'd be able to drop an oak in seconds.

She's using oversized bumper plates, that look heavier than they really are.
She's doing a low bar squat, that's why the bar isn't on her shoulders.
She isn't gripping it firmly enough though imo.

That would explain a lot, except that it makes the posture is overall very forced. She's bending her upper back way too far forward for a squat I think, which tends to favor a neutral position anyways and even moreso if the bar is low. There is no reason for her to be straining her neck down, and it generally looks like her back is arched slighly away. I don't think most would assume squat.

Regardless, it would explain why her huge legs are such the focus and why a low angle was used to make them even bigger.
