PROPELLER HEEL. Holy shit. I am not sure if it's a dumb design or a good design. I am imagining her slowly moving, upright, underwater by using the small dinky propeller on her heel. Sure, it could theoretically let her move and shoot underwater since she doesn't have to devote as much effort moving her extremities, but unless if she jets around like a squid and moving from cover to cover, she's more likely to just slowly drift like a jellyfish underwater. That just makes her an easy target.

I just cannot wrap my head around that. Propeller heel.
