I think he meant that in the third panel of the linked post she had just gave the elf girl an after fellatio facial. This image looks like it could be immediately after said facial. A little bit tempted to make this a child post to it actually.

Given the from below viewing position this could also be a pov shot with the futa giving the viewer a full facial.
