    Cue the sympathetic portrayal of (female, naturally) robots such as the OS-tans, Vocaloids, Girls Frontline, KanColle where the author presumes they are robots, etc. (Especially Girls Frontline, where they are attacked by anti-robots groups that are portrayed unsympathetically.) I mean, traditionally, succubi are heartless monsters that feast on souls, but you wouldn't know it from how they often are portrayed nowadays.
