Pretty sure the commentary after the title is intended to be the same line in Japanese, then in Chinese. The English translation of each should be the same.

"Intend" is the keyword.

Well, "做" is ambiguous in Chinese, so the second line could mean the same as the first line, but somehow I doubt it.

Unless it's intentionally ambiguous...
