I don't know if that's really "torn clothes" because there seems to be a sewn seam depicted at the edge of the heart-shaped cutout. I'm not sure if such a design would really hold its shape in a real garment; it would probably have to be made so that the hole distorts into the correct shape as the pantyhose stretches over her ass and thighs.
