Knowing all the stories and legends about drop rates in F/GO i'm sure that it's still way too less.
Recently, a friend of mine used 1000+ Saint Quartz trying to get Meltryllis, and still failed, so yeah, it surely "isn't" too many, if anything, I'm in the lucky side for getting her with just 166 SQs (although it was on her second banner, so if we count the first banner as well, of which I also failed, then I did use some more).
