I would say it qualifies. There are already 33 pages worth of entries on Pixiv and that is only counting those using the tag with Twitter most likely blowing up too.
But this is a jumping freeze frame, also the tags say "jumping" and not "flying" so QED
It's a freeze frame where they look like they're jumping, and the artist-added pixiv tags don't include jumping, that's just something that's user-added by assumption on Danbooru. Just because something is meant to look like a thing doesn't meant that's what really happened. (Or do magicians actually have rabbits inside their hats the whole time?)
It's an unnaturally high jump for most of them, and Sakuya in particular looks like she's just floating up higher than the others without her skirt or pose looking like she's jumping at all.
