Knew this would hit Top on daily ranking on Pixiv. The alternating speed and length of the thrusts along with the changing facial expression makes this a little above average of the typical ugoira loops.

Ah, ok. I thought it was a problem where the animator didn't correctly scale it depending on the perspective. Unless she's doing a o_O like expression, so to speak (just without the flat mouth).
As I understand it, it's possible that rather than "gentle", it's possible that an expression is being used which is to mean "easy/promiscuous", but it's not clear which one it has to be. Added commentary check.
