That's Akagi in the mosaic part in panel 3. Amagi is the one in the top panel with Kaga. Amagi is also the one asking why it's only Sakura ships that aren't allowed to give
chocolate. Amagi questions the sanity of the KAN-SEN Kaga is talking about in panel 3, that little face pop-in is Amagi. Akagi is crushed that she ruined her older sisters valentines day, due to her actions getting them banned from presenting handmade chocolate to the Commander. Kaga is also guilt tripping the fuck out of her for it.

one of those is labelled "phased energy retification" for those that arent star trek nerds that is Phaser.
