The correct terminology would be 'loaded gun', but the pun here was 'cock-ed gun'.

Also, for the ones asking why a G41 popped out from Five-seveN, it's more of a joke: P90 looks like a catgirl with metallic/robotic limbs. What does the gun, a metallic object, took? A man and a cat's genetic material. Hence man+cat+gun = android catgirl.
