I just googled up what was the hardest RE difficultly level, I don't actually play the games; if it's not in RE2-remake, just change it to whatever it actually is.

Virtual YouTuber use mo-cap to turn themselves into moving 3d models, so if it's a 3d model in the face cam, they're one.

And the chance is probably 95%. The 5% is her being the admiral roleplaying Warspite plot-twist.
