This is an actual park (the artist uploaded a photograph), but there is no mention as to what park it is.
While not prominent in the painting, the trees have a white coating on them in the photo. I have seen this done to dissuade deer from eating the bark off trees before so perhaps Nara? Although I don't recall seeing that method employed there (chicken wire if I remember right). Was some time ago though.
