Well against some CA and a certain tea-loving BB. But we'll 2 more for the rest of Kurita Fleet
Two more destroyers (Hoel, who sank, and Heermann, who survived, later in Argentinean service as Almirante Brown until she retired in 1982) and escort carrier White Plains please (rather that St Lo., who was sunk by kamikaze) due to White Plains having probably be taken out of the fight briefly by a certain Hotel....from a very long ways away, like 31 km away. But she also shot Chokai right in the face.
Heermann could be fun as her upgrade would turn her literally Brown, becoming a Latin shipgirl.
(Odd historical note: the last Fletcher-class destroyer to retire was ex-USS John Rodgers, in 2001, as the Mexican destroyer BAM Cuitláhuac at nearly 60 years old. She was scrapped by 2011 after 70 years of existence.)
Four Fletchers still exist worldwide as museum ships: USS Cassin Young, USS The Sullivans, USS Kidd, and A/T Velos (Greek ship), ex- USS Charrette.

Is USS The Sullivans named after the Sullivan brothers? (And who is USS Kidd's namesake?)
Rear Admiral Issac C. Kidd. Killed at Pearl Harbor on USS Arizona.
Well the crew did adopt William Kidd as their mascot (it's why the ship flies the Jolly Roger), so it goes both ways. But yeah you're right about the ship being named after Admiral Kidd.
Guess they had to stretch a 'bit' for the last one.
(The official English translations are more sensible [destroyer escort, small destroyer, destroyer, missile destroyer, helicopter destroyer], but they still avoid the words 'cruiser' and 'carrier' like the plague.)
I'll protect you until my ammo literally runs dry! This time too!I'm USS Johnston!Gambi's a real VIP, wot!Escort Carrier's EscortsHer protection detail's increased...
