I just dont like this pic. Yamashiro and Minnie barely look like they're supposed to -- and Minnie is supposed to have smaller breasts because the rest of New Orleans class was retrofitted following the sinking of Astoria, Quincy, and Vincennes, to make them less top-heavy.
The problem: was this supposed to be canon or if this supposed to portray retrofitted Minnie. Because on the other new year screen (#3364427) they also draw Minnie as big-chested, while on the concept art and official she's at best C-cup.

Minnie doesnt look big-chested in that pic, you might be mistaking her for Graff Zeppelin
That's another problem with this pic. Yamashiro and Minnie have different colored hair than in the official art -- heck, I dont even think that's Yamashiro, she has completely different eyebrows and Minnie has silver hair in this pic instead of her usual blond hair.

I think that's supposed to be Massachusetts here but something changed last minute.
Also, Minnie is either silver or a very pale Platinum blond, so this isn't totally inconsistent unlike 'Yamashiro'
