    Akatsuki here sounds like one of those precocious-acting kids who throws around 'adult' words without realizing their full implications.

    As for Suzuya, well, I think it's just the Admiral trolling her as per post #2230540, making her feel like a whore (and look like one or a mooching sugar baby to outside onlookers like Hibiki) instead of actually being one. Some people just have way too much money...

    Of course, the alternate way of looking it is that they had a friends with benefits or some kind of platonic-to-romantic relationship at the start, which makes the trolling all the more evil by turning the entire thing upside down into a 'paid relationship' after the fact.
