Not a expert by any means. But i remember reading some were that Arthur from legend has dragon blood in him somehow. So maybe the same goes for artoria? (if you wondering why dragon blood has 2 do with hoarding its the classic dragon treasure horde troupe im talking about)

Apparently Arthur having Dragon's Blood according to legends as far as Fate is concerned is Merlin's fault. If I remember correctly she's a Dragon Incarnation because of his meddling?
