According to wikipedia, Servals can be 67cm to 100cm head-to-tail, and female Begal Tigers (the Kemono Friends tiger's species) can be 240cm to 265cm. This means that a Bengal Tiger is about 3.5 times bigger than a Serval. In this image, the distance from the directly between the eyes of Tiger (according to GIMP) is 173px, while the same distance on Serval is 68px, so Tiger is only 2.5 times bigger than Serval. So even with her size in this image, Tiger is still not to scale with Serval.
