I think Kaga is learning. She found a way to get food without inciting Houshou's wrath.

Created the "marshalling_wands" tag for the item Kaga's using to guide in the shikigami. Never knew the official name for those things before.

I looked for earlier examples, and there are a few tagged traffic_baton. E.g. post #3298474, post #1262724, post #1781784.

Most of the uses of that tag are for e.g. traffic cops or people directing crowds at Comiket. Whether a seperate tag is warranted for aircraft marshalling I don't know.
