You know, I tried. Took me lots of coffee to find.... less than 15 combat vehicle worthy of being listed, that's tank, armored car, self propelled gun, tank destroyer all combined.

If your looking for a REALLY small armoured vehicle: http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/Italy/ansaldo-miasmoras-1935 . The motor propelled just the armour, the soldier had to crawl in its shadow!

I haven't confirmed if all of them were in other armies' services. But indeed it was of greater effect that way for some.
