    LOL is that gas-x and... salt up near the top of the picture?

    The caption says "前の絵であった注射器はマイルドに薬に変更" which google translates as "The syringe which was the previous picture was changed to medicine mildly" but I guess I don't see the "previous picture" because I see no syringe..

    I'd wager that the artist is referring to post #2393121, which seems to be the first in this series.
