GensekTelecom went nuts and closed all sites with little fairies!!! So, she is trying to connect to the outside world trough Moon reflected wi-fi. This is hard to fly high for lazy home bird like her with extra "wing loading", ufufu...

Never thought of it that way before, but yes, that’s pretty much how Touhou Kappas operate. Albeit with slightly better healthcare.
