I'm tempted to add the "Street Fighter", "Dan Hibiki" and "Parody" tags, since that's pretty much Dan's Hisshou Buraiken (minus the final gun barrage mind you)... Should I do it?

Dan Hibiki (and the Saikyo-ryu style) is a parody of SNK's Kyokugen style (specially Ryo Sakazaki's) and the Hisshou Buraiken is clearly inspired on the Ryuuko Ranbu (then again, specially on Ryo's variant of the move).

So technically speaking, you'd be partially right.

looking at it again, it's like a combination of Hisshou Buraiken and Ken's Meteor Combo from Street Fighter Ex.

I guess that's one way to take out an Explorer.
