How do you know for sure that she's flat? Maybe the angle we're viewing her torso from combined with her chest area being mostly obstructed by the speech bubble obfuscates her actual size.

A) You still don't need a dress that lets you pull your nipples out to be able to nurse just because they're swelling, so she's clearly interested in pulling her breasts out for another reason.

B) Dresses for nursing aren't maternity clothes - it won't be cut to stretch for a pregnant woman, so it would likely only fit her before or after pregnancy, not during.

Hence, she's wearing this expressly because it's "paizuri pattern", not because she actually is planning on nursing for at least nine more months.

Kriiz was obviously talking about how they're in a Maternity Wear section (the sign at the top left literally says so) and thus is anticipating Maegami-chan's physique growing into that of a pregnant woman in future comics. sonofdathomir18 simply inquired whether he was talking about belly growth or breast growth, since both happen during the course of pregnancy. You somehow interpreted that as being a reference to the dress that Maegami-chan is trying on and teasing her hubby with a cleavage peek just out of the oblivious saleslady's sight.

The word "maternity" refers to more than just pregnancy. Nursing clothes are also maternity wear.
