I'd say this is more than just attire since its also a genderswap of a character, but as far as characters go, I only think that 2b (from what I remember) came close.

I thought some explosive characters were at this level but, closest i could think of was Kashima but it turns out she took almost 5 weeks to hit 1k... not 6 days
