She's not blaming him - the "What're you doing?" is in response to him shoving her off of him after the kinda-sorta kiss to go to the restroom. He's throwing up after kinda-sorta kissing her because his loathing and disgust for her is so great that it makes him physically ill to touch her, and he's doing it within her hearing range so he's basically broadcasting just how much he loathes her.

Oh, right. At first glance it looked as if she was throwing him off her (because she didn't want to let the dere leak just yet) and her finding out he's throwing up makes her sad (but she's not letting him see her act like that in person).

Sometimes, this artist like to draw a deredere Kasumi but also harsh moment to her (which most of them are not uploaded here).

I think you're giving her too much credit. The "What're you doing?" is a continuation from the second panel (before the shoving happens), which means she is blaming him as per the tsundere norm.

This is enforced by the "?" which is her actual reaction from the admiral pushing her away (shoving is kind of an overkill for ぐい), i.e. confusion.

Ah, but the extra 「っ」　at the end of 「ぐいっ」 makes all the difference.

For reference to others: 「ぐい」 is sort of an onomatopoeic expression for jerking movement, usually a *pull* or *tug*, but sometimes also a *push*, *poke*, *shove*, *gulp*, *twist*, etc., depending on context. 「ぐいっ」 has an extra sokuon at the end that makes the movement even more abrupt (the sokuon, or little tsu, has a similar effect in most other onomatopoeia), making it more of a *shove* instead of a simple *push*.

Throwing up loudly and within earshot of anyone you just accidentikissed is a shitty thing to do.

I'm the type of person who would apologize if I got unintentionally-kissed. Throwing up after that kind of incident is a bit melodramatic. That being said, I'd most definitely clean up as soon as possible, since I'm a bit of a germophobe.

Whatever the reason might be, going off to cleanse your mouth then throw up because someone accidentally kissed you can never be any good. It's like implying you can stomach having an accident with that someone and feel so gross about it you have to. It hurts being on the other end of that.

But then, there are people who can't help but feel like that too. Not intentionally, but more like a mental health problem or at least, something they have no control over.
However, they would be unable to come into contact with anyone and it should be obvious so it wouldn't hurt anyone but themselves. Here though...

He went straight to toilet, cleanse his mouth and spit it out.
Of course, spitting out something isn't quite throwing up. But for dramatic purpose or simply misunderstanding, it was throwing up people talking about.

I think i might be the minority here that actually laughs at this. It's like an extreme parody of those misunderstood situation found in a lot of Romcom anime/manga.

Same here, I find these Kasumi abuse stuff funny. I'm not into watching people suffer, but these things are too unrealistic to actually make me sad or something.
