Ah yes. The nightmare fuel that you can sometimes get when your SNES version of Super Mario World gets dirty or glitchy. There's some game glitches that can corrupt Mario's palette, so he ends up in all sorts of weird colors. Or you can be pulling off some exploit, put the wrong data in the wrong place and get something like the bottom right.
