Most probably a new girl. If she was previously featured, there'd be some clear sign of her identity.

Obviously only one symbol per side in the real ship, but yeah....

Nah. We've seen her with wet hair before (post #2255023), and while that was from rain rather than swimming hers seems to stay straight rather than get wavy like this girl's. Also, this girl's hair looks like it's just darker in the first place.

Eyes/brows remunds me of Kouhai-chan.

Added another Himura tweet in relation to this post. Note that I translated it as "bulbous protuberances" rather than "bulbous bow" because despite the fact that her chest is already likened to the object denoted by the latter term, said term is actually written as 球状船首 (船首 literally means "bow (of a boat)", or super-literally "ship head") rather than 球状突起 (突起 literally means "portubence").

I say Swimmer-san, since we have Trainer-san, Kakyo-san (short for "Kateikyoushi-san") and Announcer-san. All the characters with -chan as their name ending so far are teenaged girls, while the ones with -san are adults.

But let's wait until she has at least three appearances, OK? Dentist-san and Bartender-san have 2 appearances each, and we don't tag either one yet; Announcer-san got three appearances and Mr. Himura explicitly referring to her by a descriptive multi-word moniker (a step below an actual "name") before we decided to tag her.
