I was trying to think of some common link for bust sizes that would work for every girl and firearm, but I don't think there is any reason other than "because boobs".

Closest I could think of for everyone is bust size is based on years in service and frequency of manufacture. Guns that are popular and have desirable collector's value are seen as tall and curvaceous vixens, while more niche guns become small and cute. It would explain things like how some pistols are as busty as some long rifles, and why most modern smgs are typically petite, but I still think this is mostly incomplete.

Can't apply logic here I guess.
